In response to a deletion request, we are unable to promptly remove any obtained data; however, will go through the right kind of investigation to ensure the validity of your request. For your safety we recommend that only you know the secret code in real life settings. Any suspicious or unauthorized activity involving your account must be reported to IDMC immediately. You acknowledge that IDMC has no way of accessing your password. 

You are entitled to privacy

When you provide IDMC with information about yourself or your company, that information is protected to the greatest extent feasible. 

IDMC owns all intellectual property rights to the product, including the content, code, ideas, concepts, features, and functionality. None of these components may be used in any way without the full, written/legal authorization of IDMC.

• Support that are only available to registered users,

But to avail all these you must first register as a product user. As a result, you agree to the following conditions:

• You will not allow any third party to use your user name and password.
