Users can use the "Wordswap" feature in IDMC web by using a short key "//words" to indicate which words they want to swap out. They can then select from the dropdown and tick the desired options. Finally, they can click on submit to save the instruction. For example, if a user wants to replace the word "large" in their product names with the word "huge," they would enter the short key "//large" and replace it with "//huge" in the dropdown.
